NOVELTY - The graphene coated optic-fiber laser has doped inner core and undoped outer core that surrounds doped inner core. A graphene cylinder surrounds undoped outer core, thus, forming a cladding layer around undoped outer core. The graphene cylinder is formed of a monolayer of graphene, bi-layer graphene or multi-layer graphene. The graphene cylinder is deposited onto the undoped outer core through a Chemical Vapor Deposition process. USE - Graphene coated optic-fiber laser for optic-fiber laser assembly (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene cylinder surrounds undoped outer core, thus, forming cladding layer around undoped outer core, the graphene lattices can be defect free and enhances the strength of graphene lattice. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The inner core is doped with a rare element selected from a group consisting of erbium, ytterbium, neodymium, dysprosium, praseodymium, and thulium. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an optic-fiber laser assembly.
