NOVELTY - A graphene non-chromium Dacromet (RTM: firmly adhesive coating containing zinc and aluminum) aqueous coating comprises component (a), component (b), component (c) and graphene aqueous slurry. The component (a) includes zinc, aluminum, water and dispersant. The component (b) includes phosphoric acid, pH regulator and cerium-ammonium nitrate. The component (c) includes thickener, film-forming additive and film-forming agent. The content of graphene is 0.5-1 %mass of total mass of aqueous coating. USE - Graphene non-chromium Dacromet (RTM: firmly adhesive coating containing zinc and aluminum)aqueous coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene non-chromium Dacromet (RTM: firmly adhesive coating containing zinc and aluminum)aqueous coating has excellent corrosion resistance, coating thickness of 20-6 mu m and salt spray time of 80-120 hours. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene non-chromium Dacromet (RTM: firmly adhesive coating containing zinc and aluminum) aqueous coating, which involves adding component (a), component (b) and component (c) to graphene aqueous slurry, uniformly mixing mixture and adjusting pH to 5.5-6.5.
