NOVELTY - The box has a graphene film coated on a welding wire surface. A welding wire is made of a pure brazing wire, a copper welding wire, a copper welding wire, a silicon bronze welding wire, a tin bronze welding wire, an aluminum bronze welding wire, a tin brass welding wire, an iron oxide yellow brazing wire, nickel-aluminum bronze welding wires (1, 2) or zinc white copper welding wires. Electronic package cleaning process is carried out on a brazing surface or a transplant layer of the graphene film. USE - Electronic package box for a graphene coated brazing wire. ADVANTAGE - The copper welding wire is prevented from being oxidized during transportation and storage, and the graphene film is oxidized so as to generate carbon dioxide as shielding gas and avoid lowering of welding quality when internal copper is oxidized. The graphene film has better heat-conducting property, so that welding quality of the copper welding wire is ensured and electronic packaging quality and yield are beneficially improved.
