▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Heat radiation coating composition comprises chemically modified graphene, photocurable organic binder, conductive polymer, photoinitiator and organic solvent. The surface of the graphene is surface-modified with hydrophilic functional group. USE - The composition is useful for heat-resistant sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition improves heat radiation performance while improving filling amount, dispersibility, thermal conductivity and density of fins, and provides heat dissipation sheet having high electrical- and thermal- conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing heat radiation coating composition, comprising (a) dispersing a conductive polymer in a dispersion solvent to prepare a conductive polymer dispersion, (b) preparing a photocurable organic binder solution by adding photocurable organic binder to organic solvent, (c) preparing a mixed solution by mixing the conductive polymer dispersion and the photocurable organic binder solution, (d) grinding and stirring by adding chemically modified graphene to the mixed solution, and (e) adding a photoinitiator to the mixed solution containing the chemically modified graphene; and (2) heat-resistant sheet comprising base substrate (110), and a heat radiation layer (120) coated using a heat radiation coating composition on the base substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows cross-sectional view showing the heat dissipation sheet. Base substrate (110) Heat radiation layer (120)
