NOVELTY - A perovskite nano-rod/graphene composite comprises graphene film distributed uniformly on perovskite nano-rod having length of 140-770 nm and diameter of 70-90 nm. USE - Perovskite nano-rod/graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The perovskite nano-rod/graphene composite having high conductivity and excellent photocatalytic activity, is manufactured by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of perovskite nano-rod/graphene composite, which involves using group (A) nitrate and group (B) nitrate.
