NOVELTY - A PVC artificial leather comprises 13-20 parts mass PVC resin, 4-8 parts mass gypsum whiskers, 20-30 parts mass diisononyl phthalate, 6-8 parts mass calcium hydrogencarbonate, 15-19 parts mass organic solvent, 7-10 parts mass silica, 14-19 parts mass graphene, 9-13 parts mass toluene, 1-3 parts mass polyvinyl chloride, 14-34 parts mass aromatic leather, 20-30 parts mass zinc powder, 4-10 parts mass flame retardant and 2-8 parts mass aqueous thickening agent. USE - PVC artificial leather. ADVANTAGE - The PVC artificial leather has soft hand-feel, high toughness and wear resistance, excellent anti-wrinkle performance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PVC artificial leather. PVC resin, gypsum whisker, diisononyl phthalate, calcium hydrogen carbonate, organic solvent, silicon dioxide and graphene are uniformly mixed, reacted for 20-25 minutes, and toluene, PVC and aromatic leather are added and reacted at 25 degrees C for 25-35 minutes to obtain mixture (I). The obtained mixture (I) is then mixed with zinc powder, flame retardant and aqueous thickener, reacted for 5-25 minutes, dried at 60-80 degrees C and molded to obtain PVC artificial leather.
