▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene toughened epoxy resin nanocomposite comprises (i) immersing graphene in concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain acid-treated graphene; (ii) preparing a polyvinylpyrrolidone-ethanol solution, adding acid-treated graphene to obtain acid-treated graphene-polyvinylpyrrolidone, and (iii) taking bisphenol A epoxy prepolymer and placing in flask, adding acid-treated graphene-polyvinylpyrrolidone, mixing and stirring, adding 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, stirring evenly, introducing into mold, heating and solidifying, and discharging. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene toughened epoxy resin nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene has a better toughening effect; the breaking strength is obviously improved; the elongation at break is increased; the mechanical property is better; the preparation process does not use toxic solvent, does not harm human health, natural and environmentally-friendly; the method is simple.
