NOVELTY - Treating aluminum alloy surface comprises pre-treating the surface of the base body, configuring a micro-arc oxidation electrolyte solution for microarc oxidation treatment and sealing, where the microarc oxidant electrolyte comprises silicate, sodium hydroxide, nano-graphene, silicon powder, manganese powder, silicon carbide particles and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid salt, and the dipping liquid used in the sealing process comprises sodium acetate, nano titanium powder, nano graphene, and sodium silicate. USE - The method is useful for treating aluminum alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The method changes the micro-arc oxidation electrolyte solution the component of the dipping liquid, so that the surface of the base body forms a composite structure layer, increasing the wear-corrosion resistance. The nano graphene plays a role of load, filling the micro hole and crack generated by the ceramic film in the microarc oxidation process in the sealing process, improving the corrosion resistance.
