NOVELTY - Heat-conducting insulating carbon fiber silica gel gasket comprises substrate. The substrate is carbon fiber heat-conducting silica gel gasket. The carbon fiber heat-conducting silica gel gasket comprises upper surface and lower surface. The upper surface and the lower surface are respectively scraped with boron nitride dispersion to form at least one boron nitride nano-insulating layer arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the carbon fiber heatconducting silica gel gasket in parallel along the scraping direction. USE - Used as heat-conducting insulating carbon fiber silica gel gasket. ADVANTAGE - The gasket: improves the heat conducting of the heat conducting insulating carbon fiber silicone gasket; and meets the needs of high thermal conductivity and insulation application scenarios with large heat flow density and high insulation requirements.
