▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The filter has a filter structure that is printed on the upper and lower sides of a dielectric substrate. The filter structure is divided into upper and lower layers, and the two layers are connected through metal vias. The upper layer of the filter structure is composed of a radio frequency port and a microstrip resonator. The lower layer of the filter structure is composed of a low-frequency modulation signal input unit and a memristor unit. The upper layer of the filter structure is provided with two radio frequency ports and three quarter wavelength microstrip resonators. USE - Non-reciprocal filter based on memristor ultra-bandwidth out-of-band suppression for mobile communication system. ADVANTAGE - The memristor-based ultra-wideband suppression non-reciprocal filter is featured with low insertion loss, high isolation, fast switching speed, and easy large-scale integration, and very wide variation range.
