NOVELTY - Super wear-resistant conductive plastic material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aniline tetramer modified 2,4,6-tris(4-carboxyphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine, 40-60 pts. wt. monovinyl terminated dimethyl (siloxane and polysiloxane)/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl) methacrylamide/vinyltriethoxysilane copolymer, 25-35 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive filler, 2-4 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 1-2 pts. wt. peroxide initiator, 2-4 pts. wt. 1-o-cyanostyryl-4-p-cyanostyrylbenzene, 1-3 pts. wt. bis(vinylsulfone) methane, and 3-5 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide nanofiber. USE - Used as super wear-resistant conductive plastic material. ADVANTAGE - The plastic material has better wear resistance, electrical conductivity, weather resistance and aging resistance, better comprehensive performance and performance stability, and longer service life.
