NOVELTY - Graphite powder and dispersant are dispersed and heated, to obtain a mixed material. The mixed material is pulverized, peeled, crushed and stripped. The rotated, crushed and peeled crude material is mixed with impurities in slag discharge spiral automatic machine. The fine material and air are mixed in crushing chamber (c2), ground and peeled. The mixture is pulverized, high-speed rotated and cut. The fine ground material is stripped. The mixture is graded, screened, electrostatically dispersed and evenly dispersed, to obtain graphene microchip composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene microchip composite material used for three-dimensional printing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene microchip composite material with high yield and excellent mechanical strength, electroconductivity and thermal conductivity by economical and environmentally-friendly method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 90-100 pts. wt. Graphite powder and dispersant in weight ratio of 0.5-2 are dispersed and heated at 80-110 degrees C for 20-30 minutes in high-speed heating-type mixer, to obtain a mixed material. The high-speed heating mixer has rotational speed of 300-500 rpm. The mixed material is provided to impact-type ultrafine pulverizer, pulverized and peeled. The material is supplied to crushing chamber (c1) under airflow, crushed and stripped. In pulverizing chamber, the material is high-speed rotated in rotor-driven blade and cut, crushed and stripped. Fine material and air are provided to crushing chamber (c2). The rotated, crushed and peeled crude material is mixed with impurities in slag discharge spiral automatic machine.
