USE - The method is useful for modifying natural latex polymer by graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modifying natural latex polymer by graphene comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide with 2-100 wt.% coupling agent in anhydrous ethanol with continuous stirring, then adding graphene oxide and homogeneous dispersing, heating to 60-80 degrees C, and continuing reaction for 10-24 hours, washing the resultant paste product with absolute ethanol, removing the excess unreacted coupling agent and washing with distilled water, dispersing the unsweetened paste product in distilled water, adding hydrazine hydrate and reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 4-6 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate into 0.5-5 times graphene, then adding excess anhydrous alcohol and distilled water to wash obtained product, and drying to obtain modified functionalized graphene, (ii) dissolving functionalized graphene in water to obtain 0.1-1% concentration of graphene solution, adding dispersant having mass of 2-10 times mass of the graphene to obtain uniform and stable functionalized graphene nanometer dispersion A, (iii) adding stabilizer and surfactant into natural latex solution with continuous stirring for 0.5-5 hours, then slowly adding the graphene nanodispersion A, stirring for 5-10 minutes, then adding accelerant, antioxidant, vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing active agent to obtain emulsion mixture B, (iv) slowly stirring pre-vulcanizing emulsion mixture B, then heating on a water bath at 40-80 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain semi-vulcanized latex C, (v) allowing to stand the semi-vulcanized latex C for 12-24 hours, and high-speed centrifugal filtering to obtain refined semi-vulcanized latex D, and (vi) dipping semi-vulcanized latex D, heating and drying to obtain graphene-modified natural latex polymer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-modified natural latex polymer is prepared by above mentioned.
