▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A single-walled nanotube with tube diameter of 1-100 nm, is bonded with double-walled carbon nanotubes or multi-walled carbon nanotubes on sheet glass, at density of 10-1000/ mu m2, under vacuum of 1x 106 Pa using liquid metal as ion source having argon ionization voltage of 4 kV, acceleration voltage of 2-40 kV, and ground for 5-12 hours, to obtain banded graphene with bandwidth of 1-300 nm and length of less than 100 mu m. USE - Preparation of banded graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides banded graphene without crystal defects, by a simple process.
