NOVELTY - Polybutylene terephthalate electromagnetic shielding composite material comprises polybutylene terephthalate base material masterbatch, graphene material, inorganic nano material, liquid crystal polymer fiber, flax fiber and carbon fiber, polybutylene terephthalate base material masterbatch is a graft copolymer of polybutylene terephthalate and polybutylene glycol and/or adipic acid. USE - Polybutylene terephthalate electromagnetic shielding composite material used in fields of wave absorption material, antistatic material, electromagnetic shielding and the like. ADVANTAGE - Subjecting polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polytetramethylene glycol or adipic acid to graft copolymerization, so that the melting point of the PBT is greatly reduced, the fluidity of the PBT is improved, the compatibility between the raw materials is modified by the compatilizer and the dispersing agent, and particularly, the compatibility is greatly improved by adopting a compound of one of dihydric alcohol and dibasic acid and the compatilizer. Inorganic nano material, LCP fiber, flax fiber and carbon fiber are used as filling materials, so that the final modified PBT material realizes layered radar wave absorption, adding carbon fiber with the polyether ketone, radar absorption effect is greatly improved, graphene is uniformly filled in the material, and the modified PBT material has excellent radar wave absorption characteristic and high wave absorption performance. The PBT electromagnetic shielding composite material has excellent electromagnetic shielding.
