▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The motor (100a) has a stator (200) equipped with a stator core (210) and a stator winding coil. A rotor (300) includes multiple magnets (330) and rotates about the stator. The stator core is provided with a yoke portion comprising a conductivity nano material such that the stator winding coil is reeled on the yoke portion and protruded from the yoke portion. A set of stator coil winding units comprises a composite material including resin such that the stator core is manufactured by insert injection molding or double shot injection molding. The yoke portion and the stator coil winding units are integrally formed. The conductivity nano material is selected from carbon black, carbon nanotube, graphene and graphite. USE - Outer rotor type brushless direct current motor for a robot and an electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The motor has less volume, and improves working performance.
