▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing few-layered graphene from biomass, comprises: treating biomass with anhydrous ferric chloride to produce a homogenous mixture; pyrolyzing the homogenous mixture to produce activated carbon; exfoliating graphene from the activated carbon to produce exfoliated graphene; and purifying the exfoliated graphene to produce the purified few-layered graphene. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing few-layered graphene from biomass. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a single-step pyrolysis process below 1000°C with an easily available graphitizing agent followed by purification and exfoliation without any exfoliating solvent and removal of component to produce graphene-like nano-carbon from biomass waste; reduces the number of chemicals and multistep synthesis process used in prior-art methods for manufacture of graphene; and can be performed by use of easily available chemicals e.g. ferric chloride.
