▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sectional black bus bar comprises copper base, black coating and tin coating. The thickness of copper base is ≥ 0.07 mm. The tin coating comprises upper tin coating and lower tin coating. The black coating and upper tin coating are arranged on upper surface of copper base, and lower tin coating covers on lower surface of copper base. USE - Sectional black bus bar for photovoltaic module used in battery sheet. ADVANTAGE - The manufacture of sectional black bus bar reduces production cost of black coating, and improves the stability of black coating, and reduces the hidden troubles of insufficient solder joint and hidden crack of the battery sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. black coating, which comprises solder comprising butyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene, silicon dioxide, graphene, butyl acetate, conductive powder, diphenylmethyl and isobutanol in the mass ratio of 1:1.2:0.6:1.2:1.2:0.7:0.8:1.3:1.2; and 2. manufacture of the sectional black bus bar, which involves (S1) determining the size of sectional black bus belt, (S2) processing the size of copper base to the size of sectional black bus bar, (S3) uniformly coating black paint on predetermined portion of upper surface of copper base as black surface to the requirements of customers, (S4) curing black coating for 0-5 minutes in three stages at the temperature of 30℃, 60℃ and 100℃ respectively, using three sintering furnaces, and heating and curing at different temperatures, (S5) carrying out hot-dip tinning on copper base to the black coating processing to enable tin coating to reach the desired thickness, (S6) checking the processed sectional black bus belt, and removing defective products, and (S7) packing and delivering for use. The copper-based spraying speed is 20 m/minute.
