▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide prepared by improved Hummers method is dispersed into a mixed solution of micromolecular ketone compound and water, ultrasonic oscillation is carried out under 40 kHz and 300 W, stripped at room temperature for 1-8 hours, and separated. The obtained mixture is washed, centrifuged at 10000 rpm, precipitated, and dried, to obtain alkylated functional graphene. The content of graphene oxide is more than 90%. USE - Preparation of alkylated functional graphene used as polymer matrix composite filler for preparing graphene/PA66 nano composite (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides alkylated functional graphene having improved dispersity, by simple process, and provides nano composite having improved mechanical property, antistatic property, moisture absorption and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of alkylated functional graphene, which is used for preparing graphene/PA66 nano composite obtained by adding 0.01-1 wt.% functional graphene into composite, and subjecting fusion blending method.
