▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polyimide foam composite material comprises 0.02-30 wt.% graphite or modified graphene oxide and polyimide foam. The modified graphene oxide is obtained is graphene oxide modified with aromatic diamine or silane coupling agent. USE - Polyimide foam composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyimide foam composite material has excellent heat resistance, high glass transition temperature and excellent mechanical performance. The foam composite material has uniform aperture and does not have bubble collapse. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the foam composite material, which involves mixing graphite or graphene oxide and polyamic acid to obtain foam precursor, heating obtained precursor, foaming and thermally imidating.
