NOVELTY - Badminton racket net wire comprises 80-90 g polyhexamethylene adipamide, 5-10 g carbon fiber, 2-6 g graphene, 4-6 g modified polyolefin fiber, 1-3 g hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.5- 0.9 g diatomite, 1-3 g sodium phosphate, 1-3 g dilauryl thiodipropionate, 0.2-0.8 g isopropylphenyl diphenyl phosphate, 1-4 g propylmethyldimethoxysilane, 10- 20 g polyurethane elastomer, 2-5 g vulcanized rubber and 2-5 g wear-resistant coating. USE - Used as badminton racket net wire. ADVANTAGE - The net wire: has high elasticity and excellent heat, corrosion, oil, solvent and hydraulic fluid resistance; can withstand the erosion of high temperature and friction; does not adhere to dust; and increase the shelf life of the network cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing badminton racket net wire, comprising (a) crushing and mixing polyhexamethylene adipamide, carbon fiber, graphene, modified polyene fiber, hydroxypropyl cellulose, diatomaceous earth, sodium phosphate, dilauryl thiodipropionate, isopropylphenyl diphenyl phosphate, propylmethyldimethoxy silane, polyurethane elastomer and vulcanized rubber together; and (b) melting the mixed raw materials, stirring for 30 minutes, extruding, cooling, wire drawing, and winding mixture with a wear-resistant coating.
