NOVELTY - Thermoplastic polyurethane foam composite material, comprises 5-30 pts. wt. polyurethane/reactive inorganic nanoparticles predispersion, 30-50 pts. wt. polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer, and 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Thermoplastic polyurethane foam composite material used for communication cable/optical cable. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic polyurethane foaming composite material has excellent hydrophobic performance, strength and toughness, and high hardness, and realizes multi-energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of thermoplastic polyurethane foam composite material, comprising (i) configuring the raw material; (ii) melt-blending the polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer with the polyurethane/reactive inorganic nanoparticle predispersion and antioxidant, and obtaining the prefabricated board by hot pressing; (iii) hot-pressing the prefabricated board and the metal mesh to obtain a foamed board; and (iv) placing the foamed plate in a supercritical gas foaming kettle to maintain pressure, and removing the metal mesh.
