NOVELTY - The laser has a pump sourcing unit provided with a coupling lens assembly, a laser crystal, a regulating device and a temperature controlling system. The coupling lens assembly is connected to an input mirror and an output mirror that are formed with a resonant cavity. The regulating device is connected to a laser crystal that is arranged with the temperature controlling system whose input end face determines a temperature constant value. The regulating device is provided with a graphene body that is arranged with a passive switching device. USE - Graphite alkene based passive Q-Nd:YAG human eye safe laser for use in various applications such as astronomy, industrial, communication and military area.
