NOVELTY - A surface-enhanced Raman base material comprises oxidized graphene as a template and a carrier. The oxidized graphene is obtained by modifying cysteine on the surface of the graphene oxide and self-assembling nano silver particles. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and cysteine is 1:100-1:500. USE - Surface-enhanced Raman base material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface-enhanced Raman base material is prepared by simple, environmentally-friendly and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production method of surface-enhanced Raman base material, which involves (1) dissolving graphene and cysteine in secondary distilled water, adding in phosphate buffer system, reacting at room temperature for 20-30 hours, after completion of the reaction, carrying out centrifugal separation, washing the resulting precipitate, dissolving the precipitate in phosphate buffer, obtaining solution (I), the mass ratio of graphene oxide and cysteine is 1:100-1:500, (2) adding nano silver colloidal solution to solution (I), reacting at room temperature, stirring, carrying out centrifugal separation and dissolving the resulting precipitate in water.
