NOVELTY - Lost foam casting water-based paint comprises 40-50 pts. wt. 180-200 mesh bauxite, 2-3 pts. wt. nano attapulgite, 20-25 pts. wt. 200-250 meshes quartz sand, concentration of 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. aqueous graphene oxide solution is 0.1 mg/ml, solid content of 6-8 pts. wt. Brazil palm wax aqueous emulsion is 30-40%, 0.02-0.03 pts. wt. octylphenol ethoxylate (OP-10), 0.001-0.002 pts. wt. polyquaternium, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. white latex, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and 25-30 pts. wt. softener. USE - Used as lost foam casting water-based paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has good mechanical property, does not pollute molten metal; after casting is easy peel off; and effectively increase the casting quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lost foam casting water-based paint comprising (i) adding octylphenol ethoxylate (OP-10), and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in to soft water, stirring to dissolve completely, adding nano attapulgite, aqueous graphene oxide solution, subjecting the solution to ultrasonic high speed stirring, adding Brazil palm wax aqueous emulsion, stirring mixture for 30-40 min, to obtained mix slurry, adding (ii) bauxite, quartz sand and 10-15 pts. wt. step (i), slurry, into the stirring bucket, and high speed stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding all remaining materials, and softener according to the slurry density, stirring for 30-40 minutes and dispersing to obtain the finished product.
