NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene material involves uniformly mixing graphite powder, composite inorganic powder and surfactant in mass ratio of 100:20-200:1-3, continuously feeding the resultant mixture into a jet mill through a conveying device, applying a shearing force to the mixture using a high-velocity gas stream, centrifuging by high-speed rotor and/or high-speed airflow in a airflow crusher, continuously crushing and obtaining graphene material with high particle size. USE - Preparation of graphene material used for battery material and rubber reinforcement (all claimed), plastics, coating and lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene material with high yield by economical and environmentally-friendly process. The graphene material does not aggregate, and has high density.
