NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel-plated graphene oriented reinforced epoxy resin involves (1) oxidizing natural graphene to graphene oxide through improved Hummers method, obtaining neutral graphene oxide through centrifugation and pH adjustment with ammonia, (2) chemically reducing the graphene oxide to obtain graphene, (3) performing graphene nickel plating treatment to obtain nickel-plated graphene, (4) mixing the nickel-plated graphene with preheated epoxy resin, high-speed stirring and ultrasonically blending to obtain a uniformly dispersed nickel-plated graphene epoxy resin slurry, (5) blending the nickel-plated graphene epoxy resin slurry and epoxy resin curing agent, removing bubbles after fully mixing, orienting the mixed solution under a magnetic field, and curing.
