▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The present invention provides a structure having an active layer blended with PCPDTBT and graphene to enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency of soft polymer solar cells, mainly comprising an anode layer, a hole transport layer, an active layer, a cathode layer, and a plurality of low energy band gap polymers (PCPDTBT) blended in the active layer (P3HT:PCBM). With this particular innovative design, by blending low energy band gap polymers (PCPDTBT) in the active layer, this invention increases the light absorption rate, provides higher carrier mobility, higher chemical and physical stability, and an effective method to enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency of organic conjugated polymer solar cells.
