NOVELTY - A preparation method of super capacitor electrode, involves uniformly dispersing electrode material in deionized water to prepare low-concentration electrode solution, configuring the electrode solution concentration according to the requirement that the electrode material is attached to the mixed cellulose ester film and does not detach, uniformly distributing the electrode solution on the mixed cellulose ester film by vacuum filtering, and drying in a vacuum oven to prepare a flexible electrode. USE - Preparation method of super capacitor electrode used in electric automobile, mobile communication, military and industrial application. ADVANTAGE - The negative pressure generated during the suction filtration process is used to firmly combine the electrode material with the mixed cellulose ester membrane to prepare an electrode. The resistance of the electrode is greatly reduced, so that the electrode material has excellent electrochemical performance. The mixed cellulose ester film effectively realizes the three-in-one function of filter membrane, electrode and diaphragm. No additional separator material is required when assembling into the super capacitor device or when applied to the test. The current multi-use conductive metal is broken as the current collector. The complex preparation process of the electrode and the current collector is saved. The electrode preparation process is greatly simplified.
