NOVELTY - Aerogel-containing thermal insulation material comprises organic foam material substrate and graphene aerogel particles and phase change microcapsules dispersed in the substrate. USE - The aerogel-containing thermal insulation material is useful as a cold-proof and thermal insulation material at low temperatures in the natural environment in textiles, clothing, home textiles and outdoor products. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel-containing thermal insulation material has low production cost, excellent cold resistance, low density, excellent bending resistance and flexibility, no aerogel dust overflow; can be washed with water; and has functions beneficial to the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aerogel-containing thermal insulation material comprising (i) pre-swelling polyvinyl chloride, (ii) plasticizing of polyvinyl chloride, (iii) melt blending polyvinyl chloride and nitrile rubber to obtain masterbatch, (iv) adding foaming agent, deodorant, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, graphene aerogel particles and phase change microcapsules to masterbatch to fully mixing to obtain foaming precursor, and (iv) foaming and vulcanizing the foaming precursor.
