▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Self-limiting heating coating material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 20-50 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-30 pts. wt. neutral salt, 10-50 pts. wt. resin, 2-4 pts. wt. conductive graphite, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc borate, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant filler, 5-15 pts. wt. self-limiting temperature positive temperature coefficient (PTC) filler, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer and 3-5 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - Used as self-limiting heating coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material: reduces the heat storage temperature of the heating coating material; and ensures that the heat storage temperature after curing of the heating coating material is lower than the boiling point of the added boiling point regulator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant protective coating material, comprising (i) stirring graphene, conductive graphite, zinc borate, flame-retardant filler and self-limiting temperature PTC filler evenly, grinding the mixture using ball mill for 0.5-1 hour, and passing through 100-200 mesh sieve after uniform mixing, (ii) preparing clean container, mixing neutral salt and distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1:3 in the container to obtain neutral salt solution, heating the container and the neutral salt solution inside at 40-60 degrees C, then sequentially adding graphene, dispersant, resin, conductive graphite, zinc borate, flame retardant filler, self-limiting temperature PTC filler, plasticizer and defoamer into the neutral salt solution, and mechanical stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain uniform dispersion, and (iv) sieving the uniform dispersion after stirring in step (iii), and removing the uniform dispersion more than 200 meshes sieve to obtain final product.
