NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based high temperature adhesive includes preparing raw materials including hydrogenated bisphenol A-type epoxy resin, silicone resin, graphene powder, isobutyl triethoxysilane coupling agent, benzyl alcohol, and acetone; preprocessing modified graphene; adding stirring tank with hydrogenated bisphenol A-type epoxy resin and silicone resin, heating, stirring, adding modified graphene and remaining raw materials except potassium fluorosilicate and hexamethylene tetramine, and stirring; and adding potassium fluorosilicate and hexamethylene tetramine, and stirring. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-based high temperature adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has strong adhesive strength at ordinary temperature, maintained high bond strength at high temperature condition, and better high temperature performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-based high temperature adhesive comprises: (A) preparing raw materials comprising 12-22 pts. wt. hydrogenated bisphenol A-type epoxy resin, 8-17 pts. wt. silicone resin, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene powder, 0.5-2 pts. wt. triallyl cyanurate, 1-3 pts. wt. polycarbodiimide, 0.8-2 pts. wt. Eucalyptus oil, 0.5-4 pts. wt. tetraglycidyl diaminodiphenylmethane, 0.3-2 pts. wt. dicyandiamide, 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. zinc borate, 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. 2-phenyl-4-methylimidazole, 0.3-2 pts. wt. tartaric acid, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. isobutyl triethoxysilane coupling agent, 0.4- 1.1 pts. wt. 5-fluoro-2-methylbenzene sulfonyl chloride, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. butyl glycidyl ether epoxy resin, 0.1-1 pt. wt. allyl glycidyl ether, 0.2-0.9 pt. wt. potassium fluorosilicate, 0.2-1.4 pts. wt. hexamethylene tetramine, 7-16 pts. wt. benzyl alcohol, and 14-25 pts. wt. acetone; (B) adding graphene powder with benzyl alcohol and acetone, ultrasonically dispersing, adding isobutyl triethoxysilane coupling agent, and stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain modified graphene; (C) adding stirring tank with hydrogenated bisphenol A-type epoxy resin and silicone resin, heating to 50-70 degrees C, stirring for 30-80 minutes, adding modified graphene and remaining raw materials except potassium fluorosilicate and hexamethylene tetramine, and stirring at 60-80 degrees C and at speed of 300-800 revolutions for 2-5 hours; and (D) cooling to room temperature, adding potassium fluorosilicate and hexamethylene tetramine, and stirring.
