▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Magnetically responsive graphene oxide/plant fiber adsorbent material comprises xanthogenated plant fiber as matrix, modified magnetic fluid ferrous oxide is a magnetic responsive agent, hyperbranched polyamines are functional reagents, xanthogenated plant fiber and the modified magnetic fluid ferrous oxide are directly used as cross-linking agent, and hyperbranched polyamine/graphene oxide composite used as one-step cross-linking composite. The modified magnetic fluid ferrous oxide is ferrous oxide particles complexed with citrate. The hyperbranched polyamine is obtained by Michael addition and self-polycondensation reaction of an aminating agent with methyl acrylate. The hyperbranched polyamine/graphene oxide complex is obtained by amidation reaction of a hyperbranched polyamine with graphene oxide. The cross-linking agent is epichlorohydrin. USE - The material is useful in heavy metal adsorption (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good performance in the field of heavy metal adsorption, where the adsorption capacity for heavy metal ions is above 800 mg/g, removal rate is 100%, has good regeneration stability, where after 50 regenerations, the regeneration rate is still greater than 96%, thus it is easy to recycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) preparing xanthogenated plant fiber by carrying out xanthogenation reaction of plant fiber with carbon disulfide under alkaline conditions and carrying out passivation treatment with magnesium sulfate, ammonium sulfate or alcohol; (ii) preparing modified magnetic fluid ferrous oxide by carrying out chemical co-precipitation reaction of ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate under alkaline conditions to obtain ferrous oxide particles and modifying ferrous oxide particles using sodium citrate as a complexing agent; (iii) carrying out amidation reaction of hyperbranched polyamine with graphene oxide to obtain hyperbranched polyamine/graphene oxide composite; (iv) uniformly mixing xanthogenated plant fiber, modified magnetic fluid ferrous oxide and hyperbranched polyamine/graphene oxide composite in an alkaline solution, adding an epichlorohydrin cross-linker under agitation and directly cross-linking the mixture into solid particles.
