NOVELTY - Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material comprises 70-85 pts. wt. glass fiber yarn and fabric, 15-25 pts. wt. polyol and isocyanate mixed polyurethane resin, 0.2-3 pts. wt. carbon-based nano material and 1-3 pts. wt. dispersing agent. USE - Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material used for preparing a support beam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The support beam helps to enhance the bending strength of the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material, and also helps to reduce the local cracking of the I-beam made of reinforced polyurethane material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) A support beam, which is made of the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material. (2) A method for preparing support beam, which involves: uniformly mixing polyol and isocyanate mixed polyurethane resin, a carbon-based nano material and a dispersing agent to obtain a double-component polyurethane resin mixture. The glass fiber yarns and the fabrics are added into an injection mold, added a double-component polyurethane resin mixture into the injection mold, and infiltrated the glass fiber yarns and the fabrics with the double-component polyurethane resin mixture to obtain a prefabricated body. The prefabricated body is transferred into a forming die, adjusted the temperature of the forming die to 90-180degrees Celsius to obtain the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material after the prefabricated body is solidified. The glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material is taken out of the forming die, and cooled and cut the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane material to obtain the support beam.
