▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Smart concrete containing multi-scale conductive materials comprises 300-450 pts. wt. cement, 600-1350 pts. wt. sand, 0-1600 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 150-350 pts. wt. water, 9-60 pts. wt. graphene, 9-60 pts. wt. dispersant, 15-90 pts. wt. carbon black, 40-120 pts. wt. steel fiber. USE - Smart concrete containing multi-scale conductive materials. ADVANTAGE - The smart concrete containing multi-scale conductive materials achieve purpose of real-time detection of stress and damage status of the concrete structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing smart concrete containing multi-scale conductive materials, which involves: (A) dissolving dispersant in water, then adding graphene, placing container in ultrasonic generator to disperse and dissolve graphene to obtain uniform graphene suspension; (B) mixing cement and carbon black with powder pneumatic mixer; (C) mixing steel fiber, sand and coarse aggregate in the concrete mixer until uniform, adding mixed cement and carbon black during the mixing process; (D) adding graphene suspension to the dry material with uniform stirring, and then stirring until uniform; (E) placing structural unit to be tested into the electrode first, and then casting the mixed graphene concrete into the predetermined portion; and (F) detecting change of resistivity between electrodes, and detecting the change of the structural stress and damage situation.
