▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hybrid graphene electrode-based electrochemical biosensor comprises enzymes that cause biochemical reactions, reactant reacting with the enzyme, resultant produced by the enzymatic reaction, a measuring electrode for sensing the resultant material of the enzyme reaction. The measurement electrode is composed of a graphene metal composite in which a part of the graphene composite layer is connected to a micro metal particle. The graphene composite layer has a three-dimensional structure in which multiple layers of graphene are stacked and bent in an arbitrary direction. A part of the empty space between the fine metal particles is filled with the graphene composite layer and has a porous structure interconnected. The flow of electrons is generated through the graphene metal composite. USE - The biosensor is useful for specific antigen detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has excellent selectivity and specificity for low concentrations of Alzheimer's-specific antigen. The method is fast and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for hybrid graphene electrode-based specific antigen detection comprising separating plasma from blood, binding disease factor antigen contained in the separated plasma to an enzyme-linked secondary antibody, moving the antigen-bound secondary antibody to a reaction chamber, binding the transferred antigen to the primary antibody immobilized on the inner surface of the reaction chamber, washing the inner surface of the reaction chamber with a washing solution, moving the solution containing the enzyme substrate into the chamber to react with the enzyme linked to the secondary antibody, and detecting a current signal generated by the reaction between the enzyme substrate and the enzyme.
