NOVELTY - Modified composite material comprises 40-80 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 1-30 pts. wt. graphene, 1-20 pts. wt. second filler, 10-20 pts. wt. flow modifier, 0.1-1 pts. wt. surface modifier, 1-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as a graphene modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: can obviously improve the heat conduction capability, high temperature resistance and wear-resistant performance of the composite material; has simple preparation; and can realize continuous production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing modified composite material, comprising (1) according to the predetermined ratio, supplying the graphene, the second filler, flow modifier, surface modifier, and antioxidant to the mixing device for mixing treatment; (2) supplying the pre-dispersed mixed filler to the first melt mixing device for the first melt mixing to obtain the first melt mixing material; the first molten mixing material is supplied to the cutting device for cutting treatment; and (3) according to a predetermined proportion, the mixed filler particles and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, nucleating agent is supplied to the second melt mixing device for the second melt mixing to obtain the graphene modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite material.
