▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheet/polyethylene composite material is obtained by melt blending 2-3 vol.% aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheets, 2-4 vol.% compatibilizer and remainder of glycidyl acrylate-grafted polyethylene. The aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheets is obtained by directly mechanically grinding amino imidazolium ionic liquid and graphene nanosheet in mass ratio of 1-2:1. USE - Aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheet/polyethylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheet/polyethylene composite material has excellent dielectric stability at room temperature and frequency of 100 Hz, dielectric constant of 100 or more and dielectric loss of 0.4 or less. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheet/polyethylene composite material, which involves modifying graphene nanosheet by adding amino imidazolium ionic liquid to ball mill, adding graphene nanosheet, ball milling mixture at 400-500 cycles/minute for 0.5-1 hour to obtain aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheets, melting and blending polyethylene pellets, compatibilizer and aminoimidazole ionic liquid-modified graphene nanosheets at 140-170 degrees C to obtain mixture and pressing mixture to form composite dielectric film by vacuum laminator.
