NOVELTY - Self-adhesive graphene heat conducting gasket, comprises a binding layer (2) set on two sides of a heat conducting layer (1) along the thickness direction. The heat conducting layer comprises a multi-layer graphene film (11) stacked in turn. The laminated direction of the graphene film is vertical to the thickness direction of the heat conducting layer. The adjacent graphene film is coated with an adhesive (12). The binding layer is attached to the surface of the heat conducting layer and has viscosity, for assembling the self-adhesive grapheneheat conducting gasket and electronic device bonding. USE - Used as self-adhesive graphene heat conducting gasket. ADVANTAGE - The conducting gasket has certain adhesion; and maintains excellent heat-conducting performance and mechanical property.
