NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible heat accumulation heat-conducting sheet involves mixing and heating flexible base material, heat-conducting filling particles and phase change material to obtain a slurry, where the mass ratio of the flexible base material, heat-conducting filling particles and phase change material is 40-65:15-80:1-15, and immersing metal foam in the slurry, vacuum defoaming at 45-55℃ for 15-45 minutes and hot-pressing and curing at 120-160℃. USE - Preparation of flexible heat accumulation heat-conducting sheet used for electronic products with different heating levels. ADVANTAGE - The flexible heat accumulation heat-conducting sheet has excellent heat resistance, and can keep long-term shape and heat dissipation performance stability in high temperature environment of more than 100℃.
