▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene electronic device has a first electrode (21a) and a second electrode (22a) provided on a substrate (10) and spaced apart from each other. Graphene channels connect the first electrode with the second electrode. Each of the graphene channels is separated from the substrate to have a cylindrical structure (85). USE - Graphene electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to a display, a lithium-ion cell, a capacitor electrode, an environmental filter, or a biotechnology device. ADVANTAGE - A graphene electronic device with a cylindrical graphene channel can be formed. A diameter of the graphene channel can be easily controlled by changing a process condition of the electrospinning process for forming the supporting patterns.
