▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Low-temperature preparation of high-strength graphite or layered transition metal carbide densified macroscopic body comprises (1) dissolving graphene powder or layered transition metal carbide powder in a solvent, (2) uniformly dispersing the graphene or layered transition metal carbide solution by ultrasonic treatment to obtain a precursor slurry, (3) drying the precursor slurry, removing the solvent to obtain the precursor powder, (4) processing the precursor powder under a specific humidity condition to obtain a precursor powder with a specific water content, (5) subjecting the obtained precursor powder with a specific water content to hot-pressing densification treatment to obtain a densified macroscopic body of graphene or layered transition metal carbide; where in step (4), the water content is 0-50 wt.%. USE - The method is useful for low-temperature preparation of high-strength graphite or layered transition metal carbide densified macroscopic body. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-strength graphite or layered transition metal carbide densified macroscopic low temperature preparation method that has high utilization rate of raw material, reduces energy consumption and pollution, and has simple process, simple operation, safety and has the prospect of scale application. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of a high-strength graphite or layered transition metal carbide densified macroscopic low-temperature preparation method (Drawing includes non-English language text).
