▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A material comprises: graphene; and an inorganic material having a crystal system, where at least one crystal plane of the inorganic material is oriented parallel to the (0001) plane of the graphene. USE - As material in electrical device (claimed) such as light emitting diode (LED), solar cell, power generating device, or nanoscale power generator e.g. piezoelectric sensor or piezoelectric generator. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved electrical characteristics. The material of graphene and inorganic material is manufactured at low cost. The material comprising graphene and an inorganic material, defects at the interface between the graphene and the inorganic material are minimized and thus an interfacial resistance is reduced and thus, electrical charge flows more efficiently. In addition, because the cost of graphene is relatively low, the material can be used in various electrical devices such as light emitting diode (LED), solar cell, or power generator.
