▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of vinyl silane modified graphene oxide composite material involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water, preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, organic solvent, catalyst and cesium carbonate, heating and reacting under protection atmosphere, adding sodium hydrosulfide, continuously performing secondary reaction, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, filtering, washing to obtain mercapto-modified graphene oxide, mixing mercapto-modified graphene oxide with triethoxy vinylsilane solution, catalyst and cesium carbonate, heating under protection atmosphere, cooling to room temperature, adding certain amount of emulsifying agent, and magnetically stirring. USE - Preparation of vinyl silane modified graphene oxide composite material used in concrete field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is capable of improving surface strength, waterproof performance and corrosion resistance of concrete surface, and is obtained by simple and economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of the vinyl silane modified graphene oxide composite material in concrete field, which involves: (A) coating the composite material on surface of concrete, where the first coating amount is 250-300 g/m2; and (B) coating for more than 2 times, where the coating interval is 1.5-2 hours.
