▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive adhesive comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. polyimide, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 2-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 5-8 pts. wt. liquid polysulfide rubber and 0.5-1 pt. wt. curing accelerator. USE - The conductive adhesive is useful for bonding fuel cell bipolar plates. ADVANTAGE - The conductive adhesive has excellent bonding performance, excellent water resistance and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the conductive adhesive, involving (i) mixing graphene, conductive carbon black and deionized water, and dispersing under a mixer at 4000-5500 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain a graphene premix slurry, (ii) adding epoxy resin, polyimide and liquid polysulfide rubber to organic solvent, mixing, and ultrasonically dispersing under a stirrer at 350-550 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain a prefabricated epoxy resin solution, and (iii) adding the graphene premix slurry to the resin solution, adding curing agent and curing accelerator, and stirring and dispersing at 500-800 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain the product.
