▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene and hydroxyapatite composite bionic bone material preparing method involves mixing calcium hydroxide aqueous solution and the phosphorus source solution according to calcium/phosphorus molar ratio of 1.67 to form hydroxyapatite, the stoichiometric synthesis of the hydroxyapatite is 2.5-25% water-soluble graphite, after 5-10 minutes of ultrasound to obtain a uniform black solution. The black solution is added to polar solution and mixed uniformly, where the volume ratio of the black solution to the polar solution is 2:3-1:5 and the reaction is carried out at 180-220 degrees C for 12-36 hours, cooled to room temperature to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is centrifuged with deionized water to neutrality to obtain a black crude product. The black crude product is dispersed in deionized water, ultrasonically and pre-freezed for 12 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene and hydroxyapatite composite bionic bone material for disease prevention, biological medicine, target medicine and environment protection industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene and hydroxyapatite composite bionic bone material with high biocompatibility, better proliferation effect and biodegradability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-hydroxyapatite composite bionic bone material is prepared by the method.
