NOVELTY - Method for stably dispersing graphene powder in gearbox oil, involves pretreating gearbox oil by adopting physical methods or heating to cause the gearbox oil molecules to expand the molecular chain to obtain pretreated gearbox oil, oscillating graphene powder with modulation ultrasonic wave at a frequency of 40-240 Hz to obtain pretreated graphene powder, mixing the pretreated gearbox oil and pretreated graphene powder, stirring at a slow speed, so that the graphene powder is inserted into the long-chain molecules of the gearbox oil, and maintaining a stable state to mature the molecules and complete the insertion. USE - The method is useful for stably dispersing graphene powder in gearbox oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-gearbox oil effectively lubricates the gear components in the gearbox to ensure the effective and healthy operation of the vehicle engine system, reduces the number of vehicle maintenance and extends the kilometers of gearbox oil replacement, which extends the service life of the vehicle.
