▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly foaming material comprises 60-95 pts. wt. matrix resin, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate, 12-16 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 8-12 pts. wt. glyceryl triacetate and 3-6 pts. wt. liquid acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. USE - The material is useful in foaming process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high intensity, toughness and excellent elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing environmentally friendly foaming material comprising (i) mixing 20-30 pts. wt. matrix resin, graphene and glyceryl triacetate at 120-150 degrees C and stirring at a speed of 400-600 revolution/minute for 0.5-1.5 hour to obtain mixture M1, (ii) adding liquid acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and remaining matrix resin into mixture M1 and stirring at 95-115 degrees C at a speed of 60-100 revolution/minute for 1 hour to obtain mixture M2, and (iii) mixing ethylene glycol and sodium bicarbonate and stirring at room temperature at a speed of 30-60 revolution/minute for 5-10 minutes, then adding mixture M2, stirring at 40-50 degrees C at a speed of 40-50 revolution/minute for 1-1.5 hours, extruding, granulating and cooling to room temperature to obtain environmentally friendly foaming material; and (2) foaming process of environmentally-friendly foaming material comprising placing environmentally-friendly foaming material in a foaming unit for heating and melting, passing injecting foaming gas into end of the unit, mixing, extruding through the die, cooling and forming to obtain foamed product.
