NOVELTY - Preparing composite phenolic resin-based activated carbon comprises e.g. mixing a resol phenol resin, an oxidized graphene solution and a nitrogen source to obtain a mixture; curing the mixture and curing agent to obtain a composite phenolic resin; subjecting the composite phenolic resin to carbonization under inert gas and/or nitrogen conditions to obtain a carbonized material; mixing the carbonized material with a base and then activating under the conditions of inert gas and / or nitrogen to obtain the activated carbon primary product. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite phenolic resin-based activated carbon (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite phenolic resin-based activated carbon comprises (a) mixing a resol phenol resin, an oxidized graphene solution and a nitrogen source to obtain a mixture; (b) curing the mixture and curing agent to obtain a composite phenolic resin; (c) subjecting the composite phenolic resin to carbonization under inert gas and/or nitrogen conditions to obtain a carbonized material; (d) mixing the carbonized material with a base and then activating under the conditions of inert gas and / or nitrogen to obtain the activated carbon primary product; and (e) subjecting the activated carbon primary product to heat treatment under the protection of a reducing gas.
