The mass of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder is 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.02-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.3-2 pts. wt. auxiliary antioxidant. USE - Modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber is greatly improves bonding performance, strength, modulus. It is prepared by simple,eco-friendly and cost effective manner, and has good treating effect and consumes less energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber, which involves: (A) dispersing uniformly ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene with epoxy resin, curing agent, modified graphene and antioxidant by ultrasonic wave in solvent decahydronaphthalene or tetrahydronaphthalene; (B) putting solution into reaction kettle to swell to form spinning solution; (C) spinning solution dissolving, extruding by double screw to form primary fiber by spinning after metering; and (D) cooling nascent fiber in nitrogen flow and hot stretched in a drafting hot box.
